    Pros

The giving of the community other than that none. Try to stay out of the nonsense, pay is unequal!

    Cons

Drama, controlling employee that metals in everyone's work, non-professional environment, management will throw everyone under the bus and manipulate the board. The community is snowed!

    Advice to Management

Stop the drama in the office! There is consistent turnover due to the drama. Hold staff accountable for their positions, have staff work a full day and possibly get new people to develop programs. Most important remember the mission for the homeless woman & children.
