    Positive Outlook

I have been working at HomeASAP full-time

    Pros

Exciting "Google" like work environment in a central location Cutting edge technology, including social media app and large scale data management Nationwide scope of services in large industry Excellent benefits, including the opportunity to share in the company's long term success Fun, highly motivated people to work with

    Cons

If working hard to achieve success is a con, then don't come here. The rest of us want to work with winners who are willing to put in the sweat equity.

    Advice to Management

Continue to share the big vision and layout the path to get there, so that we all know where our daily efforts are contributing to the company's overall success

"Interesting work for a Jax based company"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at HomeASAP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

On the development side you get to work with latest and greatest technologies in the Microsoft stack. New company offices that are shared with few other companies are pretty cool for a Jacksonville company. If you want to "be on" Facebook all day, ever day and want to learn a lot about real estate (from a software vendor perspective) then this could be a good place for you. Milestone celebration lunches and new offices...

    Cons

Advancement opportunities are quite limited due to the fact that it's still a small company. And so are salaries which are below Jacksonville average.

    Advice to Management

The CEO / Founder always has to have a final say which is hard to overcome. He also expects senior ppl and managers to put in overtime - to work as much as he does. The bonus structure should be adjusted based on the position. Lot of positions have no way of affecting others.
