    Pros

It's very rewarding to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and help them gain skills in everyday life. It's a great job for someone in college who's studying a behavioral science. It is very flexible hours and you get to decide which clients you'd like to work with.

    Cons

It can be very high stress redirecting clients to achieve their daily goals. It also does not pay very well for what your asked to do. If you get a client with great coverage then you're looking at 11-12 an hour.

    Advice to Management

Pay technicians more for what they're doing and it could decrease turnover .
