Days can be long but worth the pay.

I have been working at HomeStar Remodeling full-time

    Pros

Promotions are happening left and right. A third office is opening in King of Prussia this month. Lots of opportunity for Sales portions and marketing/Sales management.

    Cons

If you want to do the same thing for 5 -10 years this is not your kind of company. Within your first year you will learn different positions and departments.

    Advice to Management

Keep focusing on the growth. There's so many sales positions out there and yet many of them aren't growing as fast.

    Pros

You would expect unprofessional people at a construction company, but my experience has been the opposite. The company is full of intelligent, articulate and caring people.

    Cons

Hours are shifted to start later and end later. This can make the work-life balance difficult.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and pushes you work hard every day. The job is what you make of it as long as you’re willing to commit to it you will do well.

    Cons

The hours can be long and you can’t control the weather so that can be tough to work with

    Advice to Management

Keep putting people in charge who are ready to be in charge like you are doing and the company will continue to grow

I have been working at HomeStar Remodeling full-time

    Pros

The company is expanding and opening up new offices. They opened an office in New Jersey last year and this year they are opening an office in Pennsylvania. It feels like the employees and the management are on the same team. Everybody succeeds together.

    Cons

Work-life balance and the hours can be challenging.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to keep communicating with everyone in the company. Growing quickly is great, but have to make sure everyone is clear about the growth.
