What’s the best way to have a lack of compensation and incentive conversation in your department? I went above and beyond for years doing extra work, organizations etc and nothing has been reflected in pay. I thought my 5 year was going to finally show something but it did not. I’ve inquired about pay but it’s gotten nowhere.

      Pros

This culture and work atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for and thrive in. I personally feed of the positive energy and everyone's willingness to help out when needed. Truly, an amazing place to work and I look forward to going into the office everyday.

      Cons

I have nothing to share here.

        Pros

This is a FUN company to work for! I work in the Columbus, OH office but it has a Silicon Valley startup feel to it. Its a fast paced environment and you can feel the buzz in the air daily. I'm excited to come to work every day and even more excited to see where working here can lead as far as my career. Some other things I like about the company is the level of professionalism exhibited from the top down and how welcoming and friendly everyone has been. There seems to be a real sense of teamwork and 'we are all in this together' culture. The management has been very supportive and the training is great. The leads are excellent and their relationships with local realtors is great. The operational support staff has been great to! Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience with a new employer.

        Cons

Office is a little to packed with people and cubicles. We need more space to grow but I have heard that is in the works. Because its so packed the work environment gets loud. Benefits are just OK. Health insurance is UHC and which I don't really like and its a little pricey if you have a family.

This is great feedback for management. We absolutely are looking for more ways to give back to our team, so these are great suggestions. I promise you that as the company grows, so will your benefits!

Applied for a PM role with a salary range of 90-120k. Ive already told the VP my expected salary as 93k to get my foot in the door, even though I lack a college degree, prior PM experience, or designations. My previous employer paid 50k, so this would be a big salary increase. As I move into the 3rd interview round, I'm wondering if it's to consider renegotiating for 103k, despite already mentioning my expected salary as 93k. I'm concerned about the possibility of losing the offer at this stage.

I have 5+ years of work experince and completed my Masters in Marketing. I have so many interviews, cleared the last rounds(10 companies), cracked a job interview received an offer, and decided to ghost me after that, at this point in time. I have no faith left. any tips? I have been applying since Oct 2022. Is the market going to value me or should I change my career and go into Business Analytics?

Team interview advice? I’m on my fourth round of interviews. It’s been a weird process where the assignment I felt they were very harsh on so I feel like I’m a shaky option. I got to the last round where I meet the team. 3 interviews on zoom. It’s a global team so I’m meeting my counterparts and 1 level higher in Europe. Any questions you rec asking or points I should convey? Worried about having the same convos again since it’s back to back
