I have been working at Honda R&D full-time

    Pros

Forced to get 20 paid holidays. Flex time schedule. Higher salary than other manufacturing companies. Serve on-the-job CATIA training for every mechanical engineer.

    Cons

Forced to work without any reasonable reason like a slave. There won't be power of dream any more. Most of the engineer believe that reciprocating engine is better than electrical motor.

    Advice to Management

They had better know what is happening around the world. They only know what Japanese newspaper says. They need to make more connections around the world.
