    The pay is good, working in the freezer means you don't have to deal with people if you don't like interacting with others.

    Cons

    The freezer can get very busy on holidays.

    - Discounts
    - Laid back
    - Training is easy
    - Free lunches
    - Friendly work environment

    Cons

    - Hours are cut. 17 Hours or below.
    - Management can be extremely lazy...... Usually whenever the manager isn't around.
    - Work flow is very slow
    - Come home smelling like ham

    Not a good job if you're a student in college or an adult trying to make ends meet.

    Advice to Management

    LAZINESS needs to stop at this store (assistant manager and full timer)!

    Pros

    Work for privately owned HBH. The hours are good being closed on Sundays and at 1830 during the week. Good clientele and real food for any event.

    Cons

    None for me. I understand the need to work Saturdays and the holidays are a given as can be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up with the trends of today as you are currently doing and realize the market is changing with the generations.

    Flexible with your schedule and free food after shifts.

    Management does not plan ahead of time. Lack of foresight can cost you and your coworkers a lot of grief and problems.

    Pros

    You get free food on your lunch break and it gets really busy around holidays so it goes by quick

    Cons

    Having to stand on your feet the whole time and the floors were sticky, some costumers complained about it too
