I have been working at HoneyBook full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Team excellence: we are a family, but we're also a pro team. Every single person hustles to get the company to the next milestone. Great leadership: our leaders truly care about putting people first. They lead with transparency and keep us informed about what is happening. Cons

We're still a startup, so we're still figuring out the balance between moving fast and breaking things and having solid processes, especially for cross-team collaboration. A full team was just created to actively address this, though.

      Pros

One of the company's core values is that people come first and it really is embodied in everything we do. Everyone has a chance to grow and contribute in their own unique ways with the full support of management.

      Cons

It is still a startup and you're expected to work very hard, so if you're looking for a cushy place this isn't for you. That being said, you know you're surrounded by people dedicated to succeed and there's never any worry about whether people are pulling their weight or not.

      Advice to Management

Other than maybe getting a ping pong table, i'd say keep up the good work!

Hey there, thanks for the comment! I have to just tell you though...my cofounder Shadiah disallowed the ping pong table a long time ago (something about this not becoming a fratty culture...). You know where to find her (good luck). -Oz
