I have been working at Honeywell Process Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Extremely friendly and personable people who are always ready to assist and train.

    Cons

Not really a con to me but if you depend on in-depth training and attention then you will be disappointed, you are left alone to figure out and learn systems and process on your own time and pace. I love it but some may dislike an autonomous work environment.

    Advice to Management

Update on boarding links and training to ensure all materials is up to date, other than that everything is fantastic!!!
