    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at HonorHealth part-time for more than a year

    Pros

supervisors are very approachable annual raises management is very open to opinions they work with your schedule easy to get time off work in the office 50% of the time as long as you show up and do your job, you can move up in the unit

    Cons

very unprofessional environment supervisors tolerate volatility in the workplaces you'll get paid more to work at in-n-out employees are not held accountable for their actions, and you will have to pick up the slack they train you to be a "food services asisstant " as well, which is someone who delivers food to patients room (which is not your job, nor in your job description) and then demand you to work in that position because they can never get anyone to show up for that job. about 50% of the time you will have to "expedite" which requires manual labor , lifting trays up to 10 pounds and storing them for transport. They do not explicitly put that in the job description either.
