      -You get to self-schedule -overtime always available -the work environment is always great and all staff has been pleasant -friendly and communicative supervisor -.90 weekend differential -good benefits and tuition assistance!

      Flexible scheduling Good benefits Great supervisors Many opportunities for employees to get involved and be heard Room for growth and advancement - tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Due to ACA national changes as well as new CNO & merger of SHC & JCL, there have been a lot of changes to adapt to. Some units have high turnover due to lower staff morale - mostly related to cost containment with aforementioned merger & ACA

      Pros

      Good benefits, good team work, healthy workplace. Magnet status facilities help to retain co-workers. Provide certification bonuses making it nice to be recognized by others. Provide tuition assistance. Flexible work scheduling.

      Cons

      Limit employees to use only their facilities and then provide them with ED Docs that are out of network providers
