I have been working at Hooters Casino Hotel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management have improved greatly over the past couple of years, new team seems focused on making the place cool and fun and getting people with more money to come in. Just finished renovations, including some new fun spots. Making more in tips than last year and the clientele is easier to work with. Reviews older than a year aren't really current at all - as with all places, spend some time hanging out wherever you're looking to work as a customer first. If you didn't have fun, neihter will your customers!

    Cons

Smaller property, so when Vegas is slow, we feel it. Still some low class people coming in but seeing less and less over time.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing out the lowlifes. Put more money into the fun stuff.

    Pros

Great managers. They work with you. Free wings 24/7, always hiring for a reason, Free parking, easier to get day shift comparing to most casinos

    Cons

Players can use their phones and take pixtures of you and your hooters of course on the table and the big boss doesn't care how the worst players and homeless people treat the girls. $1 blackjack is a joke. Dice dealers make NO MONEY

    Advice to Management

You should change the phone policy and protect the girls. Hooters girls are not strippers. Plus $1 blackjack is such a joke. For a keep your own tips place. You guys shouldn't kick the big tippers out even if they are too drunk.

    Pros

You get to keep your own

    Cons

New management put $1 dollars. No one tips and the casino is losing out on ally of money. I think they want to just sell and implode this casino just like they did to prior places they managed. Pretty disgusting

    Advice to Management

Treat your guests better. And maybe act like you care to your employees

Pros are good Tips, some of the girls are really nice girls, flexible schedule. They're 24 hours so you have options when it comes to your schedule

    Cons

Cons are horrible management, there's a lot of favoritism, if you're a favorite you can get away with anything, rules only apply to those who aren't their favorites.

I worked at Hooters Casino Hotel (More than 3 years)

    Pros

No sidework, starter food and beverage get your foot in the door type opportunity

    Cons

Guests constantly complaining of bed bugs, groups and coupns degrading business, food isn't up to par like Rainbow location, tips suffered being on South end of strip, only chosen for photo shoots and promos if you brown nose to management, uniform & image check daily before shift was always degrading as done by men

    Advice to Management

Get more females involved in management, don't degrade or treat the girls like cattle as they're the ones bringing money in, not the food & beer

    Pros

Benefits, decent tips, different shift options, very nice pool, decent EDR, sometimes you got free wings because of a messed up order, cooks were very very nice. Graveyard manager is amazing!

    Cons

Employees with attitudes, day management could be a lot better, promo girl if chosen by management and if you looked the part. Discrimination when it comes to hair styles for different ethnicities.

    Advice to Management

Allow your staff promotions if your customers enjoy them. Don't make it based off of looks. Allow hooter girls to move up the ladder of success.
