    Pros

Get to work with great people. Learned how to manage stress levels here as well as how to work in a high pace environment that require minimal errors. Management is helpful if you actually go to work with the mentality of wanting to learn instead of just getting hours for a paycheck. Also the free food is a definite perk.

    Cons

Food servers sometimes aren't on top of orders resulting in returned (cold) food. During peak hours the smallest mistake will cause a domino effect resulting in orders being pushed back. Not the job for people who cannot handle multitasking or have good collaboration skills. Job can get stressful during peak hours when kitchen is understaffed.

    Advice to Management

The location I worked at had an excellent managers only problem would be more watchful of servers. Often times servers were often too busy discussing gossip which caused orders to go late, or taking orders which didn't belong to their table.

    Pros

Opportunity to grow, career plans avaliable

    Cons

Not possible to have a balance with personal life. Insane amount of petty tasks make hard to run the bussines. Ratchet customers and free loaders that go there to get free food because company policy requires it.
