The participants are in need of regular and consistent staff and they appreciate seeing staff return each day. The elderly participants and the hard working staff are the only reason to continue working there.
Management like to hold meetings to discuss concerns but despite all ideas, there are no interventions taking place. Management is inconsistent in teaching of processes. Each time you address a concern, management will tell you something different without ever directly answering your concern. There's no clear cut way to handle a situation. Staff are instructed to follow directions but the directions change on a whim. It's no wonder the staff turnover rate is so high. This makes it impossible to ensure continuity of care. Management also engage in non work related/personal discussion not conducive to productivity.
