    Pros

The owner of the company will make sure you get half salary in recession.

    Cons

This company will loot you in the name of recession. They don't pay you the salary , reason they say that they did not get money from vendors. This the way they make money

    Advice to Management

I worked at Horizon International TRD full-time

    Pros

They are good only if you are willing to work on the same salary for a long time. I worked with them for 4 years without any pay hike even though my hourly billing rate to client kept on increasing every year.

    Cons

    Oh boy where to start.
    1. Unethical - wont answer phone calls/emails
    2. No communication if you are not in Maryland or North east region
    3. 401K is a joke, they would match 20% on up to 4% contribution that too in October of NEXT year.
    4. Won't "allow" you to leave and would threaten in case of any resistance.
    5. Won't share H1 or I140 documents citing they are employer documents.
    6. There is no trust among peers. If you ask for documents they would ask for DS160 and consulate appointment confirmation page.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these unethical moral less people

    Advice to Management

Ask yourself honestly what you guys are doing.

    Pros

Pays salary on time thats it.

    Cons

Company is run by two brothers. President/Owner of company is not reachable mostly.
But If they need something from you for their own interest , they will contact you immediately.
Pay is not competitive. Keeps pushing for new project if they get even few extra dollars.
Be careful with your GC process , as they play some tricks to trap you for long term with them.
They will not share the GC related documents , and will make you beg them repeatedly to get these documents. All in all very low life blood suckers.

    Advice to Management

Be considerate to your employees , so they are not forced to move to other job.

Quick availability of projects. Generally leading edge advanced technology projects.
    Very good work life balance
Good client base in east coast.
Excellent health insurance and cafeteria plan.
Very good marketing/management team (it is hard to believe couple of previous reviews on this site)

    Cons

Little bit pushy on upgrading skills/certifications.
Their 401K employer match is very good, but they do not advertise that fact, may be intentionally.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Horizon International TRD full-time

    Pros

Salary comes on time. Benefits are pretty good, especially the 401K plan.

    Cons

    1) Very unprofessional when it comes to communication with the employees. Won't return any phone calls or email. Will try to keep the immigration documents to themselves
    2) Only North East oriented. Money minded and won't let you work in peace if you are not in NE region
    3) Most projects are in EVC model, although they would tell you everything will be fine if you move to Boston but then again there is a lot of manipulation done in the petition to represent the case as either inhouse project or direct client's project.

    Advice to Management

Be professional, develop trust with your employees and most importantly communicate with the employees.
