Result Driven culture that makes sure everyone has the right tools to make a difference. Great CEO who's very much engaged in the business and has great relationship with the technicians

Not everyone's cup of team knowing the growth strategy and fast pace trajectory. Horizon acquires and integrates an average of one company every month. it makes the environment super exciting.

Starting pay is kind of good, if you make it to a year you can transfer to a better department than dispatch, monthly bonuses

Loads of drama, managers don’t answer the phone but require you to call them, you only get one raise a year and it’s only 3% of what you currently make, you have to threaten to quit to get a raise, you can’t switch departments without being there for at least a year, and the manager treats everyone differently due to them being friends with other dispatchers
