I worked at Horizon Wind Energy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits were excellent. Pay was decent, the half Fridays and birthdays off were great too.

    Cons

Everything else. The company USED to be great before it was bought out by EDP. Now it is just a mess of mismanagement and culture clashes. No, you can not manage North America the same way as Europe, no more then you can manage Europe the same way as you manage North America.

Open office concept. No privacy and the meeting rooms were always full. Good luck trying to make a private phone call or speak to your physician.

    Advice to Management

LISTEN TO THE OLD MANAGEMENT. They made the company work before you are not.
