I have been working at Horseshoe Casino Southern Indiana (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits, salary, senior management

    Cons

    Working long hours, holidays, weekends

    Advice to Management

You need a better onboarding process designed specifically for supervisors and managers. I had little to no formal training and I did not feel prepared for my position. Still don't, frankly.

I worked at Horseshoe Casino Southern Indiana part-time

    Pros

The only pro is once you have been there a few years the paid time off is good for full time personnel

    Cons

everything managment are quite to write you up over nothing , co workers are not always easy to get along with the pay on entry level is not above $10.00hr and there are stupid crazy they expect way more out of you than they pay you for the job that you do and raises rarely happen not a good place to work oh and if a guest does something wrong it is always your fault and in most cases you will be punished up to being fired due to the stupidity of the guest

    Advice to Management

back up you employees and stop bowing g down to guest when they cry and complain you don't have to compromise guest service but should be more considerate to the people who help you retain a job
