I have been working at Horton International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Allowed to work on own initiative, up to date systems, open to suggestions, part of a large group yet small enough to enjoy working as part of a team. Great office, wonderful location in a small beautiful town, free parking!

    Cons

    none that I have discovered

    Advice to Management

Promotion and development of new business sectors when the time is right for all.
