    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Hospira full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome products, very impactful work. After the Pfizer takeover, there has been a lot of support for Legacy Hospira projects and products. Very good 401k match

    Cons

Terrible culture, terrible career development, Lethargic management, overly conservative quality policy, relatively untalented and under-motivated colleagues, revolving door of employees, terrible health insurance.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people. Stop accepting so many projects just for visibility higher up. Good people will continue leaving by the dozens and the exodus won't stop until only average employees remain,
