I worked at Hospital Corporation of America full-time

    Pros

Great company with good benefits, ethical company and deficated to great customer service.

    Cons

Majority of employees & administration are nurses. Therefore, majority has the power that sometimes makes decisions that relieve nurses, not realizing how other departments are struggling when picking up some of nursing duties with no extra FTE's.

I have been working at Hospital Corporation of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a job with benefits. There are a lot of good nurses, nurse practitioners, PA's, and doctors working there. A place to at least start out at.

    Cons

Not willing to make changes. No support for staff. Only focused on patient reviews. Pay is terrible and never willing to negotiate. They're all about recruitment and not retention.

    Advice to Management

Make changes and start to care about your staff more. If you don't take care of your medical staff and let them know what they're doing right (not always what they do wrong), you may keep some of the good workers. You've already lost a bunch because of this.
