    High caliber colleagues, great physical work environment (gym, cafeteria, etc), good flexibility, great company reputation in the community.

    Cons

    There is some focus on pedigree and/or politics can drive advancement opportunities. Also, there is some tendency to fill highest level positions with external candidates.

    Low wage for how much we do, low raise each year. Always get declined off

    Your Medical Assistant, are the first people the patient see and trust. They are the heart of the practice and should be appreciated more.

    Pick a lane and stick with it. Choose a handful of pivotal numbers and track consistently.

    Pros

    Wonderful people to work with. Great schedule. Clean, professional, modern facility. Very good patient reviews. Caring and competent supervisors. Nice garden.

    Cons

    Low pay for experienced RN’s. So-so cafeteria. Having to work with mountainstar’s transfer center is a nightmare. Feels like instead of working with us, they are working against us.

    Great people to work with. Good director.

    No real education for nurses. Almost all nurses are new nurses. They are educated poorly and have nothing to compare it to.

    EDUCATE YOUR NURSES! It will pay off.

    Hca is king in the industry so you get to learn a lot of you work at Hca. Awesome experience.

    Cons

    No bonus,
    Pay rise is very less,
    HR Department is little hard on H1B employees.
    I have no more complaints
