Hourly rate is lower than most of the other area hospitals.

    Pros

    Good work hours
The mission to help clients is great, if it were actually something leadership cared about.

    Cons

Management is unrelateable and will blame staff for any issues. Management will belittle and target/bully staff working under them. Unrealistic work load expectations. An office which was supposed to be staffed with 4 full-time was expected to be run by 2 with no help from the management. There are double standards of what is considered a "safety concern" if you are management vs staff. Overall, this place used to be a wonderful workplace however since 2016 new management came in and has run it into the ground. If you wish to be treated with basic human dignity and respect, do not work for Libertas.

    Advice to Management

Look in the mirror. When turnover of long-term and short-term staff is increasing and they are telling you what the issues are, LISTEN.

I worked at Hospital Sisters Health System full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Wonderful, professional employees that truely cared about providing care and were making the hospital a profit.

    Cons

Servant attitude that originated and began the journey is changing. A not for profit entity cannot have the same attitude about making a profit and keep the caring, selfless mind-set. Employees no longer feel a part of a family and just another cog in the wheel to make money. Local hospital is losing or letting go wonderful caring employees and is not the wonderful place to work for as was the case 6 or so years ago.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the ideals of servant leadership and do do fix what wasn't broken.

I have been working at Hospital Sisters Health System full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Steady paycheck until I find a better place.

    Cons

The second worst place I've ever worked. Lots of cancellations during summer overloaded with work in the winter. Staffed with under skilled personnel.

    Advice to Management

Schedule accordingly. Be more active instead of the department running itself (that really doesn't work.) Pay and hire skilled workers instead of new grads and those who have limited skillsets. Ensure everyone can do everything. Balance the experienced personnel with the beginners between days and nights.

I worked at Hospital Sisters Health System full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Worked for a small hospital im this group. Was close nit and treated like family with most co workers.

    Cons

Can be nit picky on matters that are not important, some in leadership positions play favorites not treating all the same

    Advice to Management

Pick managers that can treat all colleagues the same. Not everyone is held to the same standards.
