    Pros

    Not too big, good company values, good benefits, opportunity for advancement, support with continuing education available. Good training, exceptional customer service. Doctors collaborate well with nursing.

    Cons

    difficult to get vacation time approved, culture doesn't match company values. Bullying among support staff, lack of communication not always addressed

    Benefits, coworkers, location. I feel safe with the job but I know they've had lots of cut backs

    Cons

    No growth opportunities, no communicating between departments and terribly low raises if any.

    Advice to Management

    Let the lower minions grow, if there is an opportunity, make it work.

    Excellent hospital to work for. I'm valued, and I feel like part of a team.

    Cons

    The hh merger has been hard. Decrease in compensation and vacation is disappointing.

    Management can be lacking at times. Policies are unrealistic at times. No time for family/social life if full time
