I worked at Hostess Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of autonomy for those who have great managers, which I did. I didn't see many people leaving until the end.

    Cons

poor fiscal management. The unions were always asking for more and more and more. They finally closed the place down, and 10s of thousands of people lost their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Please find someone who has a strong financial background for all of the top finance positions. The company should be able to pull through in tough times.
