    Growing company with a lot to offer. Management takes employees' suggestions for improving corporate atmosphere seriously and encourages internal growth. The company is focused on improving customers' experiences and going above and beyond to keep consumers happy with services.     Because this is a fast-growing company, there are not always defined processes in place; however this gives employees the opportunity to influence and contribute to new processes being implemented by management.

    I worked at Hotwire Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    I worked as an Account Manager in North Carolina and I loved it. There was no micro-managing which provided ample learning opportunities to help further my career. My manager was always available if I had any questions and willing to help when needed.

    Cons

    Just like every office there were some people that were difficult to work with and it was hard to get a hold of some people when Florida was the main support staff. But since the company is opening a big office in North Carolina those issue will fizzle out.

    Advice to Management

    My manager was great so I have no advice to give!

    Pros

    Teamwork, communication, flexability. You get to work from home and remotely. Business casual dress which helps in the summer. Get a monthly allowance.

    Cons

    You need to be able to react quickly and respond.

    Advice to Management

    Conduct more meetings with all departments, to ensure team is on same page.
