I have been working at Hotwire Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Getting your paycheck, having a job and some managers. Company funded lunches. Comfortable desk chairs. Higher management is nice when they come into town.

    Cons

Benefits for health insurance are high. Managers don’t want to help you. Services are terrible so your get cursed out. Micromanaging. You work on major holidays.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that will actually assist csr instead of ignore us when we need help.
