Employee Development and Recognition is Non-Existent

    Jan 16, 2020 - Customer Service Representative
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

The customer base was friendly and easy to work with, especially when they recognized you were putting in a genuine effort. Surrounded by hard-working employees. A very reasonable amount of time off.

    Cons

Employment development and recognition is non-existent. Due to this a high number of employees have left recently and confident it will continue this way. I was very hopeful that with the new leadership coming on board the past few years that things would change for the better - such as employee engagement that would taken to heart, employee growth, and employee recognition. While I would hope the leadership team had all of the intentions to make a change in these areas, it is evident that is not the case. It is just very unfortunate that you are left with a feeling that the leadership team doesn’t have their best interest in the employees, but only themselves. And finally, constant worry to be laid off as the company has gone through a number of cycles over the past 8 years.
