You will work with some really smart, kind people that truly care about educating students.
Cons
Too many management layers. Directors and VPS make a lot of money but those that are actually doing the work are not fairly compensated. Wants to be an edtech company without actually investing in the Tech. Company doesn't have a solid direction. They have had many many rounds of layoffs the last few years, it is their go-to to please the investors.

Constant restructuring and change. I had over four different managers / directors during my two years with the company. It’s difficult to build relationships within your teams and you often feel isolated and undervalued / underutilized. Specific skills and talents aren’t valued as well.
