I have been working at House Foods America full-time

    Pros

My coworkers who have to go through the same BS as me are good people.

    Cons

There's too many to list. If you are a newly grad looking for your first job it might be good to just get your experience, but leave as soon as possible if you find something better. There is no future at this company for young people (20s~30s). Low pay, no recognition for hard work, no advancement opportunities, borderline illegal business practices by management, favoritism, and upper management is incompetent. This company does not care about its best employees. They will treat you like dirt and fire you once you become a liability to them. There's nothing to motivate you to work hard, because they only promote by age, not performance. And they pay everyone the same whether you work hard or don't at all. So people like myself who work their butts off get more work pushed on to them, and the people who are incompetent don't get any work at all and just cruise by while getting paid the same. That's why there is a very high turnover rate of good employees. The deeper you dig into this company the more dirt you'll find.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your good employees. Reward and recognize good performance. Don't treat the employees like livestock. We are human too. Overhaul all the higher ups in the company. Actually look at what is going on inside the company. And stop turning a blind eye to all the problems in the company. Look at all your employees and know who actually works hard and who doesn't.
