    Pros

    A compassionate team of workers and best wages in the field.

    Cons

    Can not think of any cons right now. Working with a challenging clientele can be considered as a downside but again, it is the nature of the calling and mission. In the end, it also the beauty of the job.

    erratic work environment and schedule, unstable management style

    Have a uniform culture and style of management. Root out corruption.

    The clients for sure. The director genuinely cares for the clients.

    Cons

    The pay is not sustainable, and is under the industry standard.

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay to increase quality employees and longevity which will increase the client success rate, which will increase funding and so on...
