They have a good company culture and are always doing activities that involve all employees, a lot of lunches, half-days on Fridays, and generally nice people. Great insurance.
Cons
Pay is very low for cost of living and for work performed. Expect a 30 cent raise MAX after one year. Slow to promote. Need to be ok with earning a low wage for a while with this company.

Great Internship Experience

Friendly Staff, A lot of learning opportunity.
Cons
I didn't give it a 5 stars because although it was a good experience and learned a lot some upper management doesn't take the time to know you or even speak to you unless they're telling you what to do. Others also think because you're interning you should be their intern to and give you work that isn't in your duties.

An open-door policy for all of management and operations, which allows for any concerns or new ideas to be communicated. IT Management is always open for innovative ideas to improve current technologies and stay current with the latest trends and best practices.
Cons
Contractors do not have access to the gym and do not have access to the office on non-regular workdays.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
The residents are amazing. A lot of freedom to create events and programming. It's rewarding to see people get GEDs and go to college and do well.
Cons
Management is terrible. Lack of vision, guidance. Overworked- I had three properties and over 500 residents that could contact me for anything at any moment. Very stressful.

Cons
Severely Over-worked...constantly burnt out - have not one ounce of energy at day's end - serious lack of communication, thought to be a robot w/out a life, must not mix/mingle w/co-workers, very depressing, and stressful.
