Excellent Management Team who are caring to employees well-being, open in communication and supports ideas and support the teams well Remuneration package are benchmark with salaries market rate and we can see the salaries are improving for Technicians, Engineers to Managers and very much competitive HRs are improving many benefits and rolling out new retention plans with more incentives for the employees Hybrid Working Model after post-covid-19 is implemented and receiving very well response from employees which increase our productivity

Hours are abundant during high demand. Temp to Hire, if things go sideways, you can always go back to the temp agency to find something else Health Benefits are solid. Dental, Health, and free Glasses/Lenses (First pair, 50% off the next). Dont know the exact price.

Assembly Line- Nasty Domino effect if someone is inefficient or over-efficient (Dont know how you do that, but things tend to get overwhelming at times) Mandatory Saturdays- Management doesnt give times on when starting is until litterally the day before. 1st shift favoritism- Seems like 2nd shift gets much more flak and work. No matter how much 2nd shift tries to push and kick into high gear, we cant seem to satisfy. People have been working here (Majority 1st shift) for 10+ years and havent been able to climb to higher positions. Bi-Weekly pay, but thats everywhere.
