    Pros
    Lot of project management skills and best practices can be learned here. This company, always look out for best practices practiced in the industry, so that, they can make use of it in the current project. This company contributed by developing Anyframe framework.

    Cons

    TO restrictive in terms of time. This makes, this company get bad reviews. Management is very particular about office timings. But, this is what you can observe in any Korean or Japan based companies

    too much work, even after business hour; too little time with family, it's hard to have a rest since work pressure will push you go forward

    Pros

    Provide very good training, so it is a good place for the new graduate to work. Have lots of opportunities to work all over the world. Relatively high salary if you work hard.

    Cons

    Sometimes high workload, need to work overtime. Relatively high pressure working, not enough holidays to relax. Need to travel all around the world, so it is hard to settle down in one place.

    Advice to Management

    Try to balance the workload for employees, provide more holidays to let the employees to relax. Give more freedom to let the employees to choose whether travel or not.
