    Pros

    Company looking to develop leading technology and advance their global standing.

    Cons

    Some business rules made little sense and often get in the way of progress.
    Significant culture class and in some cases English language challenges.
    Large complex organization with US operations lacking support from upper and middle management.
    Business Units compete with each other, instead of working together to solve customer problems.
    Discrimination - only Chinese can participate in company stock or equity.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to develop internal innovation or how to acquire and successfully integrate it.

    Pros

    The hourly pay is decent as compared to the bay area companies. You also get to work on some latest technologies.

    Cons

    Lack of teamwork and communication within the team.
    Need more focused goals for the team. Poor facilities in terms of food.

    Pros

    Pay above average, if you are full time employee will have good benefit.

    Cons

    You will have to be on email most of the time, even you are on PTO. Will not have chance to move up, all management level are expatriates from China.

    big company, many training program, good salary with stock option

    Cons

    zero WL balance, bad management, very aggressive, treat man like slave, treat woman like man.
    Mid management totally has no management skill, yell at employee in public. the boss like run company like a military school.

    lack of management sense. Policy changes all the time.

    Be equal to your employees, don't treat certain colored people better than the others.

    International experience; good bonus if business is good

    Cons

    Being expected to be on-call 24/7, not matter your position; and sometimes it is not even business related. When your boss needs you, you have to be ready.

    Cursing and yelling makes nobody happy.

    Pros

    Competitive pay and benefits. Company has a lot of great products.

    Cons

    Travel budgets are a joke. I lose money every time I travel. Daily per diem and guidelines rarely cover actual costs. Very cut throat environment. Employees are on edge. Layoffs come out of nowhere and with no basis. Very strict working hours. No work hours flexibility.

    Advice to Management

    Give employees some freedom to do their job.
