    I have been working at Huawei Technologies full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Global company with an impressive growth in the last years. Excellent products to offer. There are many challenges in any position, so it is almost impossible to get bored.

    Cons

    Internal communication issues and very long processes. Since it is a global company, procedures and regulations are revised constantly, so probably the things you learn today might not help much in the near future.

    Advice to Management

    Balance work load according to employee's potential, but also remunerate accordingly.

    I worked at Huawei Technologies as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    real and interesting projects;
    can learn things;
    amazing people insides;
    people are nice;
    in general, they are trying to hire more interns to make it known to more universities.

    Cons

    For an intern, not too much to complain.
    a little bit strict to publications, maybe they prefer patents.
    too much contact with HQ in china

    Advice to Management

    Almost no connections with other groups, even in the same place. Different kinds of talks from different kinds of group should be given regularly. So people can understand each other in different group better and may be could have lots of potential cooperations.
