      Good place to work

      Pros

Good place to work, the people are easy to get along with as long as you are doing your job. As an investigator you just want enough work to keep busy. There is enough work for 40+ hours on a regular basis.

      Cons

Management will hold you accountable for doing your job.

      Horrible

      Pros

      There are none, seriously none

      Cons

Worked there for almost two years, never got a raise. But was expected to learn 4 different job roles. Managers would pass on work they didn’t want to do. Management would belittle their teams job duties. Unprofessionalism. Lead contact for program made inappropriate jokes and quotes in daily emails. Also throwing this out there, during hurricanes they made people take vacation / sick time and if you ran out you were SOL.

      Pros

Pay used to be competitive but has failed to keep up with the market

      Cons

Long hours, low pay compared to competitors, lots of travel. Home work balance is non existent. It’s a dead end job.

No consideration for employees personal lives or on the job safety

      Pros

Not many I can think of. Maybe not working in an office, although you’re just working in your car for 8-12 hours/day which becomes very old/boring/tedious.

      Cons

      1) Destroyed my vehicle with west and tear due to having to drive 4-8 hours or more one way (sometimes having to drive there and back the same day). 2) Schedule changed nightly (when I worked there the schedule came out at 7pm each night, and almost always had a location and/or hours-scheduled change from night to night-zero chance at having a personal life. 3) expected to work weekends/days-nights/holidays. 4) sitting in your vehicle alone for 8-12 hours a day becomes torture; most days there is no claimant activity so that’s all you do....sit in your vehicle and wait for nothing to happen. After your shift expect to Do about 1-2 hours of report writing...even if the day was uneventful 5) very rude/unprofessional management. No consideration or understanding of certain circumstances that will inevitably arise 6) you safety is not important to the company. Numerous occasions I was attacked or chased by claimants.
