    I worked at Hubbard Construction full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The pay was good and I respect the management. Had no problems with lack of things to do and the benefits were OK also.

    Cons

    The Equipment was not as new as a company that size should have. We were sometimes held back by delays because of repairs.

    Advice to Management

    They should have a system that ensures the maintenance is kept on time.

    Busy, challenging job, Worked with great people who taught me a lot about the businesss.

    Very antiquated software when I worked there, but were preparing to update their system just as I was leaving

    Thought they had good management in place in all departments I worked with.
