    Wide network and some great experience in engineering team. Multi language diverse staff and multi-locations available.

    Cons

    Leadership and management limited in focus and effort when it came to regional operational planning, management and empowering employees to guide the process with details and metrics.

    You get paid for overtime, bosses are really nice. You can work extra and ask for projects/jobs

    Did not pay for any conferences

    If you did a good job you were left alone and not harrassed.

    Cons

    They do not follow their workplace policy one bit. Everyone and their family works there. The toxicity and drama that comes out of there is way more than the minerals.

    The money is good compared to the cost of living in northern manitoba

    Cons

    Hudbay doesn't have much interest in investing in their employees. There isn't a lot of room to grow with this company
