I have been working at Huddle House (Less than a year)

    Pros

Teamwork is a strong thing here. I would love to give management the props for that but its the cooks and us servers. Since day one I noticed that we are the ones who take the initiative to be team players. And sadly if it wasn't for that this restaurant would b shutting down

    Cons

Management is constantly changing the schedule, sometimes two and three times a day. They will ask the cook to pull a 24 shift ( that really did happen) but then take other days away from him so he wouldn't get any overtime

    Advice to Management

Regional managers should be more thankful of the employees that go above and beyond. Also they need to realize that it is hard to raise our children and families when we don't know day to day what we will be working. I've even been Sent home an hour after arriving simply because I was making more than the other girl. That's why I applied I need to work

I worked at Huddle House full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of hours , great management and Co-workers.

    Cons

Could use a remodel BAD. There's a major pest control problem, the bar is rotted so it's not sturdy, the grill area needs fixing only one cold bin is in working order. They have a deep freezer under the bar. The grease trap outside is located in the mud so your gonna fall if u go out there. The customers are very rowdy during the 3rd shift. Almost always have to call the cops to break up fights in the parking lot.

    Advice to Management

Clean this restaurant up and fix what's broken
