I worked at Hudson River HealthCare full-time
Pros
Great co-workers , good work schedule and great IT/Help dept
Cons
Training given is not sufficient in higher level positions and there was no clear chain of command. Hard to reach someone, other than the awesome IT staff.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Hudson River HealthCare full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
You learn a lot so bring your generalist hat.
Cons
The company doesn't value its employees unless they have been hired directly by the CEO or have a family member within the operational group. Salaries are extremely below standard, benefits are horrible. The company will tell you they do not have money for a salary increase meanwhile the Executive salaries are well over 400k plus benefits and they each receive a leased car. High leadership salary is online for public viewing if interested.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Hudson River HealthCare full-time for more than a year
Pros
good salary & 401K match, but health benefits not that great
Cons
poor communication, high turnover rate, almost DAILY staff call-outs (multiple at once- rarely had a full staff and operating 100%), physical clinic condition had multiple safety hazards with no real concern from administration (had to be harrassed basically to come fix anything). Patients show up whenever they want and treat staff & doctors however they want because the administrators are so scared to turn anyone away and lose money that they allow any type of behavior essentially. Would OBVIOUSLY not recommend!
