I have been working at Huffines Auto Dealerships full-time

    Pros

This company treats you like family from the first day you walk in. No stress or managers watching your every move. What you put in to this job is what you get out of it! You are running your own business with a business itself with the inventory provided.

    Cons

This is sales job, you will have to work long hours.

I worked at Huffines Auto Dealerships full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They send you to a mandatory training so you can better understand how Huffines sells cars, in which if you do work here, I would hang in there until after the training and take that knowledge to another dealership.

    Cons

Extremely poor management! If one of the three don't like you, they all will target you. They will give you 4-5 prospecting leads and if you don't sell one of them, then you won't get anymore leads. This is an appointment store, so if you aren't setting appointments, you aren't making any money.

    Advice to Management

Change up your thinking process. Coach and guide your employees, not set them up for failure.

It's a great place to work. Very close relationships with other employees. Management is caring.
