Pros
If you like witty tote bags, free beer, rounded corners on business cards, and the occasional good project that actually launches the way you intended — then this is the agency for you. You can count on being promoted fairly easily. Titles here mean absolutely nothing - or everything - depending on what department you're looking at. In any case, just about any half-decent employee can leverage a title-boost by threatening to leave. This is about as far as their retention efforts go.
Cons
As many others have pointed out, the company is struggling to come to terms with growth. There is a sense of the 'I don't want to grow up' attitude which clashes with itself each week when they hire around ten new people. Internal meetings tend to have way more bodies present than necessary, with each one feeling the need to voice an opinion just to feel as if they've 'earned' their buck. It also doesn't help that upper management (and this includes the partners) tend to step in at the very last minute and tear the whole project apart - forcing workers to usually start from scratch with very limited time. Say goodbye to your nights and weekends. Last but not least, forget what you think you know about this company's culture. It's all propaganda, and the lavish parties are nothing but attempts to sweep the bigger issues under the rug. Cliques, egos, and nepotism is all too common.

Pros
Huge is filled with extremely smart and talented people. The office is neat. The designs they pump out are great.
Cons
The design is great, but everything else falls by the wayside. If you're not in a UX or Creative role you'll have a hard time getting your voice heard. I was in a client-facing position, but spent most of my time dealing with internal politics, egos and being reprimanded for the most trivial things. I was in a meeting where we spent 10 minutes discussing the fonts of a deck rather than reviewing its content. Huge should not be considered for someone looking for a longterm career.
