Great company, great employees, great growth

    Pros

Creative, fun environment with exciting clients. Constantly growing with lots of potential for career growth. At the forefront of the industry.

    Cons

Be willing to work long hours if necessary. The 'start-up' environment of many digital agencies has faded somewhat. As in any creative field there are some divas.

Fantastic place to learn and grow.

    Pros

You'll rapidly get more experience here than you will at any other company. The people are great, and for the most part the leadership is wonderful. Lot's of chances to really own the work, take charge and build great things. The parties are great too.

    Cons

The typical agency cons are here: long hours, disorganization and top down hierarchy. You'll be noticed if you put in the time and produce outstanding work, but you may burn out before you even get there. Constant pitching means a steady stream of new and exiting business, but erodes available resources and steals away top talent from existing projects.

    Pros

Great pay and perks Lots of holiday time off Dog-friendly Great branding

    Cons

Quite a few people in leadership lack maturity, need managerial training Cliques galore, high school mentality Stunning lack of diversity in an industry that generally lacks diversity Pretty cold and toxic environment Long hours for many The reorg left a lot of people scrambling to get out, a lot of long-time employees jumped ship

    Great Culture

    Pros

    - Dedicated employees - Great culture - I actually look forward to coming to work every day. I would say the culture here trumps everything - great colleagues. - Awesome projects - You will get to work on top Fortune 500 clients. - Food! - This place has loads of food - breakfast, drinks, bagel tuesdays - you name it. - Dumbo - I like working in this area, and love taking the stroll near the park when am bored or need to get my mind back into the game.

    Cons

    - Long hours: I have seen and have worked quite a few long hours. - Resourcing - Personally felt resourcing can be better managed. Ex: I am on a project for 2 weeks or so and am gone, and someone is taking over my half done work, and I am on another project taking over someone else's half done work. - Career prospects

    Pros

Great talent pool, very knowledgeable and team of people, great client projects, great pieces to put in your resume, good neighborhood

    Cons

Depending on project, I was working very long hours, sometimes up to 15 per day - for a whole week, it was hard to get full time job with benefits
