    - Management is very bad. One of the bad HR teams.
    - Work quality is bad. There is no learning curve.
    - Pay and benefits are bad too

    Have more fun, don't play favorites, reward those who actually work- because you really don't and that's why all the good ones are leaving.

    Learned people to work with, Stable company, flexible work load, files H1b visa

    Cons

    Salary is low-mid range, Limited/No growth, Bad Cafetaria. company still provides (usually) a desktop to work on, and not laptops.

    Pros

    Great place to work, company work van, and uniform shirts. Salary and commission work for overtime. very knowelagable and great reputation.

    Cons

    Had a few issues that were taken care of in a timely manner but my job could not be held too bad they lost a great employee so Im looking else ware probably their competition.

    Advice to Management

    Call me back to work as I still need a job and will be a star for your company and make you a lot of dollars in a very short time.

    I worked at Hughes Network Systems full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    The pay was good, I got along with all the people that worked there and steady, secure employment.

    Cons

    The one downside was the rotating schedule, another was it was extremely difficult to be promoted, let alone get into management.

    Advice to Management

    Hold weekly training sessions on different aspects of the network and your position, so employees can be empowered to handle more difficult situations on their own.

    Pros

    You get a lot of visibility to other departments / business units which helps understanding of overall work being done on a project. You are quickly exposed to a lot of different technology and hands-on work. It is fast-paced, critical work which impacts bottom line. Generally good team environment.

    Cons

    Aspects of the work require "on the job training" which can be frustrating at times. The job sometimes requires long hours and after-hour support. The company's healthcare benefits could be better.

    Advice to Management

    Give the employees a clear vision of their roles and the job to be done. To provide consistent prioritization on projects being worked.
