I worked at Hugo Boss USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity to learn something new but you will have to pay a hefty price. They drink in the office every Thursday to relieve stress

    Cons

Horrible company..training is lacking tremendously they expect you to hit the door running without proper training. I literally left my job with a company I loved to come here to a company I hated with a racist background of working with Natzi. 90 percent of people there are interns because people quite and they obtain interns to do there jobs that stay on as interns for years. The benefits are horrible you will have to set yourself up for training once you start working. The weird part is everyone is new hardly anyone has been there for more than a year only managers.

    Advice to Management

This translates into setting employees up for failure with decreased productivity, increased errors, and low employee morale. With such a cost to providing a lack of training, it is therefore worth while to put a substantial effort into training employees so that they are competent and confident in their jobs. It not only makes them happier, but it translates into dramatic improvements at the bottom line.

Upward mobility and they give a lot of responsibility if you want it.

    Cons

Management was incompetent. Other employees are far more dedicated and deserving.

    Advice to Management

Being a top seller in the company doesn't mean someone would make a good manager.
