Work from Home (it becomes too much). Surprisingly can get overwhelming during OT hours. Other than that no real complaints.

Pay is no longer competitive. All other tech companies gave their employees significant amount of raises since the great resignation started and to keep their employees happy. Disney is trying to slowly get rid of employees who been here long term & eventually turn it into BPO support so they can offer leas pay. Cutting benefits each year. No more long incentive pay after July 2022 so no reason for you to stay here long term. Quarterly bonus percentage also been cut.

-Work from home (yes also a con.. You are not "really" a part of the company.) -No invites to corporate events -You will start as a temp and converted to a direct hire "Hulugan" in 6-8 weeks if converted at all. -No benefits until conversion, some from temp agency if I remember correctly. -15/Hr pretty low considering this will be minimum pay in CA soon -politics, co workers even in virtual environment are same as any work place. -start up culture going away from hiring passionless employees that are thoughtless ants in a line -rarely see actual office which is a cool place to be
