Leadership is engaged, proactive, supportive, and understanding. The entire team is there to place people who will immediately advance our clients in their respective fields, and they make a point to help internal employees prosper and grow on every level. Everyone has a top notch sense of humor, everyone works until things are done, and everyone is involved from start to finish so that HCS can give 110% (or more) to every client. Clients see that, and it creates a partnership with firms that separates HCS from other search firms- if you want to learn how to be a cut above the rest, you will learn how to become that here if you pay attention.
Cons
HQ is about a mile from the beach, some days that leads to some serious FOMO.

Our team is highly engaged with every client. Helping our clients through the pandemic has pushed us to accelerate thoughtful change and improvement.

More of an opportunity – continued growth of coaching (executive onboarding and outplacement) and consulting services. We will get there.

More than 17 years old and known in the industry for high-level professionalism and relationship building. Proven tools and resources for successful professional recruiting. Intentional and purpose-driven company and team.
Cons
A few areas that are not as full grown as the recruiting piece. Consulting is growing and onboarding and outplacement are still maturing as well.

-The team here is great and works really well together, everyone is a really positive force and the overall company mission is to drive favorable change with all of our interactions. -Something that really motivates me is when our firm completes a project ,we have also helped someone improve their life situation. -Flexible office environment, robust communication and collaboration systems. -The team is smaller so you have the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of the business and influence decisions.

Some leaders can micromanage sometimes... could be perceived as a lack of trust.
