    I worked at Humana full-time

    Pros

The organization itself has a wonderful mission and values.

    Cons

I believe they are more in tuned at corporate, LV, than the market offices. Silos everywhere. Department Leads does not invest in current employees, preferential tx given to 'friends'. There is blatant nepotism and employee morale is on the ground.

    Advice to Management

C-suite and middle mgmt reorg imperative in rebuilding morale.

I have been working at Humana full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great 401k matching and somewhat decent pay.

    Cons

Horrible medical, work-life balance and office politics. If you are a specialist, you are a slave. To advance, you have to give up your first born. Managers are the blind leading the blind. No one knows anything. Useless meeting that all end with the management sending questions to corporate that never comes down. Annoying to say the least.

    Advice to Management

    Learn your job!
