I have been working at Humana full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company Benefits, location, comfortable work accomodations.

    Cons

Salary, Opportunities for growth, Development of talent

    Advice to Management

Promotions need to be based on actual talent rather than "who you know" or "who's side you're on". If management actually complied with company policy rather than continually making "exceptions" that would be great as well. There are many, many extremely talented individuals being overlooked due to nepotism and preferential treatment.

The PR Market boasts that he is a "redneck" and certainly carries himself like that. This is a Fortune 100 company that looks to the other side, very sad!
